Test Kits

Every Monday we publish a new list of fish and plants from our supplier. Order by 20h00 on Wednesday and your livestock arrives no later than Saturday afternoon, often on the Friday. If anything on your order isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit or a refund.

Livestock goes with The Courier Guy, using express or overnight service where possible, and is only dispatched Monday to Wednesday so it isn’t in transit over a weekend. Every order is packed with care for the animals or goods being sent.

Send clear photos of the unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery and we’ll look at a refund or replacement (excluding shipping costs). This doesn’t apply if a delivery was missed, the bag was opened or the livestock added to a tank, or the address was incorrect. Our Shipping policy has the full details.

Yes. Orders can be collected from Flamingo Vlei, Table View, by arrangement over weekends and on weekday evenings. WhatsApp 064 658 5595 to arrange a time.

No. Aquarium and pond plants are available for collection only.

Livestock is sold unsexed unless the product says otherwise.

Shipping is worked out from your location and what’s in your order, and you’ll see the cost before you pay.
